An occupancy inspection would include exterior only photos of a residential type property. This is an assessment or inspection of a property to determine it's current occupancy status, conditions, and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or lease agreements. This process is commonly conducted by landlords, property managers, government agencies, or authorized representatives. Includes 6 photos of property: front view, address verification, street view from both sides, side right view, side left view. This can also include a photo of a street sign if address verification is not present on the property.

Property photos are generally conducted in daylight hours.
