General Notary Services & Travel Fees

Stansbury Enterprises, LLC provides Mobile Notary Services to clients throughout Tooele, Salt Lake, Utah, Wasatch, Summit, and Davis counties. We come directly to you, making notarization simple, convenient, and stress-free.

Our notary services are NNA Certified, Bonded, E&O Insured, and Background Screened through the National Notary Association (NNA), ensuring your documents are handled with the highest standards of professionalism, security, and confidentiality.

While we do not maintain a physical office, we are happy to meet clients at a location of their choice, including:

  • Homes and offices

  • Hospitals and nursing homes

  • Jails and correctional facilities

  • Schools and other approved locations

General Mobile Notary Fees

  • $10 per notarization stamp

  • $10 per witnessing signature

​

Travel Fees

  • Travel fees may apply based on location

  • Travel fees are waived for Stansbury Park residents

We bring the notary to you, allowing your documents to be notarized safely, efficiently, and conveniently — wherever you are.

Loan Signing & Real Estate Document Fees

Our Mobile Notary services for loan signings and real estate transactions are designed to be convenient, professional, and thorough. Fees are generally structured as follows:

  • Standard Loan Signing / Closing: $150–$250 per signing (covers typical mortgage, refinance, or real estate transactions)

  • Additional Documents / Extra Signers: $10–$25 per additional document or signer

  • Travel Fee: May apply depending on distance; waived for Stansbury Park residents

  • After-Hours or Weekend Signing: Additional fee may apply

All signings are conducted by professionals who are NNA Certified, Bonded, and E&O Insured, ensuring that your documents are handled with the highest level of professionalism, accuracy, and legal compliance.
